Job Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
- Assisting customers with queries, complaints, and troubleshooting issues.
- Ensuring a customer-first approach while resolving concerns quickly and effectively.
- Documenting customer interactions and escalating issues where required.
- Adhering to company policies, quality standards, and call handling protocols.
- Working in night shifts to cater to international clients.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any discipline).
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Joining Requirement: Must be an immediate joiner (within 2 days).
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site at Electronic City Phase 2, Bengaluru.
