Job Summary

Wipro Limited is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to support daily operational delivery, ensure SLA compliance, resolve technical escalations, and build capability within technical teams. The role involves troubleshooting client issues, analyzing trends, performing root-cause analysis, and guiding Production Specialists through process and technical improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and review daily process transactions against performance metrics.
  • Support teams by providing technical assistance and ensuring process adherence.
  • Track, document, and resolve client queries, escalating when needed.
  • Ensure all SLA obligations are fully met with high-quality delivery.
  • Analyze call logs to identify recurring issues and recommend preventive actions.
  • Handle technical escalations through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting.
  • Guide users through solutions and provide alternative approaches when necessary.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure issue resolution and collect feedback.
  • Mentor Production Specialists to enhance technical and process capability.
  • Design and conduct training modules based on skill gap assessments.
  • Stay updated with product improvements, new features, and required certifications.
  • Document common issues and define resolutions for the team.

Performance Measurement

  • Case resolution rate per day
  • Process compliance and quality benchmarks
  • Customer feedback, Pulse score, NSAT / ESAT
  • Team productivity and efficiency
  • Capability development metrics including triage completion and test performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in data engineering or advanced technical support roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake.
  • Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical queries efficiently.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience mentoring technical teams or providing structured training.
  • Knowledge of SLA-driven environments and enterprise workflows.
