Job Description

The Production Team Leader provides leadership and support for the implementation, development, and direction of production teams. The role focuses on improving product and process quality while supporting organizational goals and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support monitoring and improvement of production productivity.
• Ensure customer commitments are delivered on time with quality and cost efficiency.
• Create training plans to improve workforce capability.
• Support Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and compliance initiatives.
• Assist in implementing LEAN manufacturing processes.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Quality & Compliance Responsibilities

• Follow GE Healthcare Quality Manual and Quality Management System.
• Complete all required Quality & Compliance training on time.
• Identify and report quality or compliance issues immediately.
• Maintain Quality System Regulation and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with all applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Ability to lead and develop teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of production processes and work instructions.

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
• Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage complex and ambiguous situations.
