Role Purpose

Design, develop, and troubleshoot engineering solutions, models, and simulations using various software tools as per client and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop models using CAD and CAE software
• Run simulations including stress, impact, and boundary condition analysis
• Create prototypes based on engineering drawings
• Perform Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA)
• Integrate software components into functional systems
• Optimize solutions through virtual simulations
• Enhance applications by identifying improvement opportunities
• Follow industry-standard modeling and design procedures

Support & Quality Activities

• Fix defects and resolve client-raised tickets
• Develop verification and QA procedures
• Troubleshoot and upgrade existing systems
• Deploy programs and collect user feedback
• Ensure compliance with project and industry standards

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare weekly and monthly status reports
• Maintain documentation and design repositories
• Track design changes and recommendations
• Maintain timesheets and knowledge transfer records

Mandatory Skills

• M3 Java
