Role Purpose & Key Responsibilities

The primary goal of this role is to prepare test cases and perform rigorous testing to ensure products meet 100% quality assurance parameters before client deployment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Test Design: Understand business requirements to design and author comprehensive test plans.
  • Automation: Automate the test life cycle using VB macros, GUI automation, and scheduling to improve efficiency.
  • Execution: Execute test cases/scenarios and set up test environments for software validation.
  • Bug Reporting: Detect, track, and report defects with clear replication patterns and documentation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Release timely test status dashboards and maintain professional interaction with customers regarding fault reports.
