  • Experience in foundation, road works, structural erection, and assembly.
  • Hands-on expertise in MEP systems, crane & material handling, and project execution.
  • Ability to conduct quality inspections, safety audits, and compliance checks.
  • Skills in project scheduling, planning, and resource allocation.
⚖️ Legal & Land Roles
  • In-depth knowledge of land acquisition laws, contracts, and property documentation.
  • Strong understanding of legal drafting, deed registration, and compliance.
  • Ability to handle negotiations, dispute resolution, and regulatory approvals.
  • Familiarity with environmental and renewable energy-related legal aspects.
📦 Purchase & Store Roles
  • Vendor management, procurement strategy, and cost optimization skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP/MM modules or ERP systems in procurement and inventory management.
  • Ability to evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Inventory control, material reconciliation, and warehouse operations expertise.
👩‍💼 HR & Admin Roles
  • Recruitment, employee relations, and performance management skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, HR policies, and compliance.
