Job Snapshot

Role & Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure execution as per drawings and specifications.
• Maintain strict quality control by inspecting materials, workmanship, and construction practices.
• Manage labourers and subcontractors to ensure productivity and timely project progress.
• Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), material consumption records, and other site documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers and other site teams for seamless construction activities and to resolve site issues proactively.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, safety standards and statutory/regulatory requirements.
• Maintain site logistics, material management, and housekeeping. Support during client/consultant inspections and implement action points.
• Read and interpret civil, architectural, and structural drawings accurately.

Key Skills & Knowledge

• Strong hands-on experience in RCC works, brickwork, plastering, tiling, waterproofing and finishing works.
• Site planning, labour management, and subcontractor coordination.
• Good understanding of construction quality checks, safety practices, and statutory compliance.
• Ability to prepare DPRs, manage material consumption records and basic budgeting for site works.
• Good leadership, communication and team coordination skills.

Eligibility & Additional Info

• Minimum 6–7 years of relevant site supervision experience in building construction.
• Currently located in Kolkata (preferred).
• Qualification: Graduate / ITI.
• Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month. Performance bonus and yearly bonus may apply as per company policy.

💡 Note: Candidates with strong practical experience in full building finishing work and good coordination skills will be preferred.
