Job Overview

Cognizant is hiring 2026 batch freshers for the role of Analyst Trainee across PAN India locations. Selected candidates will be aligned to Multicloud, Digital Workplace Services, Integrated Smart Operations, or IT practice based on credentials.

Key Responsibilities (Role Dependent)

• Perform database queries, CRUD operations & stored procedures.
• Execute test cases (manual/automated) & resolve service tickets.
• Provide technical support & troubleshoot IT issues.
• Maintain computing environments & monitor production servers.
• Work in 24/7 shift environment as per project needs.
• Collaborate with global teams & ensure service excellence.

Eligibility Criteria

• 2026 batch of any 3-year UG degree (BCA, BSc, BA, BBA, BCom, BMS, Bvoc, etc).
• Minimum 50%–60% (as per role) throughout academics.
• No standing arrears at the time of joining.
• Flexible to relocate PAN India & work in shifts.
• Indian nationals / OCIs residing in India.
