Tech Mahindra, a global leader in digital transformation and consulting, is currently looking for enthusiastic and talented professionals to join our IT Service Desk Team at the Bahadurpally, Hyderabad facility.

Position: Service Desk Associate – L1 Support
Location: Bahadurpally, Hyderabad
Experience: Freshers or up to 1 Year of experience in a similar role.
📌 Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Service Desk professional, you will be the first point of contact for our global customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- End-User Support: Accepting and logging IT break-fix requests from customers across multiple communication channels (Call/Email/Chat).
- Issue Resolution: Providing remote troubleshooting for basic Level 1 and some Level 2 technical issues related to hardware and software.
- Escalation Management: Efficiently identifying and escalating complex technical problems to the appropriate support teams for timely resolution.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring a high level of customer service and maintaining incident management protocols.
🎓 Educational Qualification & Eligibility:
- Degrees: B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA, M.Tech, or MCA.
- Experience: Open for Freshers or candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT help desk environment.
- Language Skills: Must have high proficiency in English (C1 Level or equivalent) with excellent communication skills.
