Job Description
Divgi Torq Transfer Systems Ltd., Shirval, Pune is inviting applications for the position of Production Department Trainee under the NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme). This opportunity is open to B.E. Mechanical graduates with 0–1 year of experience, who are keen to start their careers in the Production department. A total of 03 openings are available, with a preference for male candidates. The role is entirely on-site at the factory location, offering excellent exposure to real-time production processes. Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the production process of automotive transmission systems.
- Operate machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Follow safety and quality protocols.
- Coordinate with the production team to meet daily targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area.
- Prepare daily production reports as per guidelines.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of basic mechanical engineering principles.
- Ability to operate and maintain production machines.
- Basic understanding of quality checks and measurements.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a factory environment
