Job Overview

Sutherland is hiring Customer Support Associates at its Navi Mumbai (Airoli) location. The role involves managing business-to-business customer interactions through calls, emails, and chat while ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who want to build a career in customer support and digital transformation services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for business-to-business customers via calls, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and professional support while meeting service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Take ownership of each customer interaction with proactive problem-solving.
  • Handle sensitive customer issues with empathy and positivity.
  • Maintain precise records and call documentation in the system.
  • Meet key performance metrics such as quality, productivity, attendance, and first-contact resolution.
  • Suggest process improvements and flag recurring issues through proper channels.
