About the Program
The ICICI Bank Aspire Program is designed to build a pipeline of young professionals ready for a dynamic career in banking. With a strong focus on “Seva Bhav”, this program prepares participants to join as Relationship Managers in sales roles, emphasizing integrity, empathy, and responsibility.
Program Highlights: 2 Months structured classroom training at a residential campus (Cost borne by ICICI Bank) followed by placement across India.

Partnering with customers through their life cycle for service excellence.

Offering full suite solutions like loans, investments, and trade products.
