A 2-year full-time Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Management or MBA in Finance, Marketing or Banking is preferred but is not listed as the basic mandatory educational qualification.
Wealth Executive – Experience Required
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in sales of wealth products with organisations such as:

Credit Analyst – Educational Qualification
For the Credit Analyst – C&IC post, candidates must possess:

Credit Analyst – Experience Required
Candidates must have at least 1 year of banking experience in a Scheduled Commercial Bank.

Important Experience Rule

Other Important Details
Job Location
The recruitment is for Pan India posting. Selected candidates may be posted to any Bank of Baroda branch, office or other location in India at the bank’s discretion.
Therefore, candidates from West Bengal can apply, but they should not assume that selection guarantees posting in West Bengal.
Probation Period
Selected candidates will remain on probation for 12 months of active service from their date of joining.
Service Bond
Selected officers must execute a service bond according to Bank of Baroda’s prevailing policy.
For JMG/S-I, the current condition requires a minimum of 3 years of service or payment equivalent to three months’ gross salary, subject to a maximum of ₹2 lakh, if the employee leaves before completing the required service.
For MMG/S-II, the minimum service period is also 3 years, while the amount for early exit is three months’ gross salary subject to a maximum of ₹3 lakh.
These terms may be revised under the bank’s prevailing rules and will be communicated in the final offer letter.
One Application Rule
