Eligibility Criteria

  • Engineering: BE, BTech (All streams)
  • General Degree: BA, BSc, BCom
  • Management: BBA

Roles & Responsibilities

As an intern, you will be part of the frontline team managing candidate journeys and large-scale assessments:

  • Talent Processing: Managing Versant proctoring, interview scheduling, and scholar-connect initiatives.
  • Counseling: Calling candidates from the database to counsel both students and parents regarding career paths at HCLTech.
  • Data Management: Updating databases with candidate eligibility, interests, and exam delivery status.
  • Event Coordination: Participating in webinars, assessment drives, and events organized by government stakeholders.
  • Onboarding Support: Coordinating document submissions for offer releases and guiding candidates through the final onboarding process.
  • Reporting: Ensuring all data is captured in the system and submitting timely reports to management.

Key Skills Required

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills (crucial for counseling and webinars).
  • People Skills: Ability to build rapport with candidates and parents.
  • Tech Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel for reporting and Outlook for scheduling).
  • Multi-tasking: Handling various recruitment stages simultaneously under strict timelines.
