Job Summary

Paperlink Softwares Pvt Ltd is hiring International Voice Process Executives for night shift in Kolkata. Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolve queries efficiently, and maintain high service standards for international clients. English fluency and strong communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls and emails with empathy and efficiency.
  • Resolve customer concerns while maintaining service quality and SLA standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of queries, resolutions, and feedback.
  • Adhere to night shift schedules and demonstrate flexibility when needed.
  • Work closely with team leads and escalate issues as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
  • 6 months to 1 year experience in customer service or BPO preferred (freshers can apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Comfortable with night shifts and handling international clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

  • Prior experience in international voice processes.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and ticketing systems.
