Eligibility Criteria (as of Crucial Date)

1. HEMM Operator (Trainee)

Education: Matriculation / SSC / High School pass.
Mandatory Requirement: Valid HMV (Heavy Motor Vehicle) or Transport License issued by any Indian RTA/RTO.
Roles: Dumper, Grader, Dozer, Crane, and Pay Loader Operators.

2. Paramedical Staff (Trainee)

Staff Nurse: 10+2 + B.Sc Nursing or GNM Diploma + State Nursing Council Registration.
Pharmacist: 10+2 (Science) + B.Pharm/D.Pharm + Pharmacy Council Registration.
Technicians: Higher Secondary (10+2) + relevant Diploma (Pathology, Radiography, Dental, etc.).

3. Overseer (Civil)

Education: Matriculation + 3-year recognized Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Age Limit (as of 01.05.2026)

Minimum Age: 18 Years
Maximum Age: 30 Years
Relaxation: SC/ST (5 years), OBC-NCL (3 years), PwBD (10–15 years). Departmental candidates have no upper age limit.

UR / OBC / EWS: ₹1,180 (₹1,000 + 18% GST).
SC / ST / ESM / PwBD / Departmental: Exempted (Nil).
