Job Description
Recruit CRM is looking for enthusiastic, smart, and customer-focused freshers to join its Customer Success Team. Selected candidates will first undergo a 6-month paid traineeship program where they will learn the Recruit CRM platform, client communication, and customer relationship management.
During the training period, candidates will interact with global recruiters and business owners through chat, email, and video calls. They will help clients solve software-related queries, understand product features, and provide excellent customer service support.
After successful completion of the traineeship program, high-performing candidates may receive a full-time offer as a customer success associate with an attractive annual package.
