Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries through chat, emails, and phone calls (inbound & outbound).
Ensure a seamless and professional customer service experience.
Deliver prompt resolutions and maintain customer satisfaction.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Document interactions and follow standard operating procedures.
Graduate or Undergraduate (must have completed studies).
Own laptop/desktop with stable broadband connection.
Age: 18 – 38 years.
Ability to work rotational shifts, including nights.
Technical & Soft Skills
Customer service & problem-solving skills.
Chat, email & call handling proficiency.
Typing accuracy & speed.
Basic computer operational knowledge.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
Customer-first attitude with patience & empathy.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is ₹1 – ₹3.5 LPA, depending on your experience and interview performance. Additional incentives may be applicable based on performance.
