Job Summary
Axis Bank is looking for Relationship Officers in Kolkata to manage and grow HNI portfolios. The role involves building strong client relationships through regular calls and visits, identifying cross‑sell / up‑sell opportunities across banking products, and ensuring high service standards for assigned customers.
Responsibilities Manage and nurture relationships with HNI customers through regular interactions (calls & visits). Identify customer needs and perform cross‑sales of bank products (loans, investments, insurance, cards, etc.). Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining compliance and service quality. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM/ticketing systems. Coordinate with branch and product teams to resolve customer requests and escalations. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduation preferred but not mandatory (UG: Any discipline). 0–5 years experience; freshers with field or sales exposure are welcome. Prior experience in banking, financial services, or field sales is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with HNI clients. Target-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable with field visits. Good to Have Knowledge of investment & wealth products (mutual funds, fixed deposits, insurance, etc.). Experience managing High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) portfolios. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office.
