Job Description

As a member of the Oracle Support organization, the Associate Configuration Support Analyst A4 will deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle’s customer base. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring timely resolution of technical and non-technical inquiries.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic channels.
• Handle technical questions related to Electronic Support Services.
• Provide real-time resolution on product compatibility and configuration issues.
• Support license reconciliation, entitlement validation, and invoicing queries.
• Troubleshoot electronic support and product availability issues.
• Act as the primary point of contact for new customers.
• Educate customers on Oracle products, services, and support processes.
• Assist internal Oracle teams with escalated customer situations.
• Gain knowledge across Oracle core technologies and applications.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 0–2+ years of experience in support or customer-facing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle both technical and non-technical customer issues.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment.
