• Typing speed of minimum 22 WPM with accuracy.
• Ability to handle irate or difficult customers.

• Problem-solving and quick rapport-building skills.

Non-Voice Process – Job Responsibilities

• Execute assigned responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with accountable and consulted stakeholders.
• Ensure information is shared with relevant teams post decisions.
• Follow defined workflows and process documentation.

Non-Voice Process – Eligibility

• Graduate or undergraduate from any stream.
• Freshers are allowed to apply.
• Basic working knowledge of computers.
• Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy.

Non-Voice Process – Soft Skills

• Good written communication skills.
• Learning attitude and commitment to deadlines.
• Ability to comprehend English language.
• Average to good communication skills.
