Eligibility Criteria (as of 01.04.2026)

Please note that these entry-level roles require specific post-qualification work experience.

  • Junior Executive (Engineering):
    • Education: 3-year Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Chemical/Instrumentation) with 55% aggregate (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
    • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in POL Terminals, Refineries, or Pipelines.
  • Junior Executive (Accounts):
    • Education: Graduation (55%) + Inter CA / Inter CMA.
    • Experience: 5 years in Finance functions.
  • Associate Executive (Quality Assurance):
    • Education: M.Sc. (Chemistry) with 60% aggregate.
    • Experience: 3 years in Petroleum/Oil & Gas laboratories.
  • Secretary:
    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree with 55%.
    • Experience: 5 years in Secretarial roles.

Age Limit & Application Fee

  • Junior Executive/Secretary: Max 32 years (Accounts: 30-35 years).
  • Associate Executive: Max 35 years.
  • Relaxation: SC/ST (5 years), OBC-NCL (3 years), PwBD (10 years).

Fees:

  • UR / OBC-NCL / EWS: ₹1180 (including 18% GST).
  • SC / ST / PwBD: Exempted (No Fee).

Selection Process

The selection will be multi-staged and may include:
