Job Description
NMDC Steel Limited has invited online applications for the recruitment of Executive Trainees in multiple engineering and management disciplines. This recruitment aims to appoint talented professionals who will receive structured training before taking up managerial responsibilities at the company’s modern integrated steel plant.
During the six-month training period, candidates will gain practical exposure to steel manufacturing operations, industrial management, plant maintenance, and corporate functions depending on their discipline. After successful completion of the training program, selected candidates will be appointed as Assistant Managers in the regular pay scale.
