- Managing Continuous Improvement (CI) workshop activities.
- Allocating work related to improvement initiatives proposed by employees.
- Coordinating with maintenance, engineering, and production teams.
- Planning and monitoring overtime-related activities when required.
- Preparing monthly maintenance reports and performance data.
- Assisting in equipment breakdown resolution.
- Supporting annual maintenance planning and checklist preparation.
- Coordinating with suppliers and vendors for maintenance-related projects.
- Supporting facility modification and equipment installation activities.
- Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new equipment.
- Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards for maintenance digitalization projects.
