  • Assisting in Autonomous Maintenance (AM) planning and execution.
  • Supporting Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities.
  • Preparing maintenance checkpoints and maintenance schedules.
  • Managing Continuous Improvement (CI) workshop activities.
  • Allocating work related to improvement initiatives proposed by employees.
  • Coordinating with maintenance, engineering, and production teams.
  • Planning and monitoring overtime-related activities when required.
  • Preparing monthly maintenance reports and performance data.
  • Assisting in equipment breakdown resolution.
  • Supporting annual maintenance planning and checklist preparation.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and vendors for maintenance-related projects.
  • Supporting facility modification and equipment installation activities.
  • Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new equipment.
  • Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards for maintenance digitalization projects.
