Core Responsibilities

Selected candidates will rotate across various domains and technology stacks, focusing on:

  • AI-Native Engineering: Building REST APIs and UI components integrated with LLMs, AI agents, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
  • Architecture: Selecting appropriate models, designing data flows, and making cost-accuracy trade-offs.
  • Quality & Governance: Validating AI outputs to prevent hallucinations and implementing AI guardrails.
  • Rapid Delivery: Shipping production-grade features using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude).

Required Skills & Technologies

  • Languages: Python, Java / .NET, JavaScript / TypeScript.
  • Frameworks: React / Angular, REST APIs, SQL.
  • AI/LLM Tools: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Vector Databases.
  • Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP, CI/CD, Docker/Containers.
  • Evaluation: AI quality metrics, monitoring, and fallback strategies.

Mandatory Documentation for Registration

  1. Resume: Maximum 2 pages with a high-resolution passport-size photo (light background, ears visible).
  2. Academic Records: All marksheets (School, UG, PG) and college ID card.
